New Series....Buddy Tear Bears!

Well, my mind is always turning up something new with my tear bears. I've started a new series entitled "Buddy Bears". I thought it would be neat to have a full size tear bear with a peek a boo tear bear and call them buddy bears. I love the little peek a boo bears, I think they add a little something to a photo mat or a title. I hope you like them. Tear bears are fun to make and they make me happy! Happiness is a good thing. Thanks for stopping in the week and visiting. I'm always glad to have visitors.
Bye for now.

Sunshine!!!

Sunshine! Mmmmmmm! With Memorial Day being the official start of summer I decided to add a little sunshine to my tear bear collection. Soooooo, I made a pretty yellow tear bear with a little chipboard sign. Yellow is such a pretty, summery color. Perfect for all those hazy, lazy days that we like so well. I hope you like her. She was fun to make. She brightened my day and I hope she brightens yours. Thanks for stopping by. Visitors are always welcome. Come again soon!

Can you stand another Strawberry bear?

I created another strawberry tear bear. Have you noticed a pattern with me? I have too! When I make a bear and I like it, I usually do something else with the same theme. Can't help myself really. I have all these left over embellishments, so why let them go to waste. I will certainly be making myself a Strawberry tear bear for my albums also. Last night we had strawberry shortcake with whipped cream. The cakes were chocolate, so it was extra yummy!!! I love strawberries. Thanks for stopping in and seeing me today. I hope you have enjoyed your visit. Come back, you are always welcome here.
Bye.

Strawberry Patch Tear Bear!

Oh, the joys of the beginning of summer! Strawberry pickin' time will be upon us in less than a month. When I was a little girl my grandma used to take me strawberry picking. We'd go out to this big field, with our baskets in hand and bend over and pick strawberries. I think I probably ate more than I actually got into the basket. I couldn't help myself, the sweet juicy strawberry juice exploding in my mouth. Mmmmmmm, so good! So with all that in mind, I created an adorable Strawberry patch tear bear. She is darling and would look amazing on any scrapbook page of strawberry picking time! Thanks for stopping in today. I hope you have enjoyed your visit. Stop in again, you're welcome back anytime.
God Bless!

Monarch Butterfly

Don't you just love the start of summer when the butterflies start fluttering and the lightning bugs start lighting? I certainly do. I love to sit out on the swing in the evening and watch those little lightning bugs. I can remember as a kid getting a canning jar and poking holes in the lid and catching my little lights and putting them in there. I was so amazed at the yellow bugs. I caught butterflys that way to. Always the pretty orange and black ones that I would later find out were called Monarchs. You don't see many of them around anymore, but when I do I get nostalgic of my childhood.
I created this little beauty yesterday. I guess I'm just a buggy kind of girl. I've never been afraid of bugs at all. Never ran away from spiders and actually used to catch daddy long legs. I was a prissy little tom girl, LOL! I hope you like her. She was so much fun to make. I have a green and white one that I will be sharing soon. Thanks for stopping in awhile. I'm always glad to have visitors. Makes me feel special. I hope today I've brought back some childhood memories for you. Blessings to each of you!

Toddler ~Boy~ Tear Bear

I guess when I do things, I do them is sets or series. Not sure why, just how I'm wired I guess. A few days ago I made a toddler girl bear, so today I made the toddler boy bear. Now, I usually do not do boy bears. I have 3 nieces, so I'm more geared towards them. Although I do have a little boy....they just aren't as cute as the girls. There is so much you can do with girl bears...add hair ribbons, give them eyeshadow, dress them up in flower dresses and purses. Little boy bears are limited to boy caps and boy toys. Kind of boring, huh? All in all I think my toddler boy bear turned out pretty good. He's all boy, rough and tough! I hope you've enjoyed your visit. Stop back in and stay awhile. I'm always glad to have visitors.

Baby Girl Toddler Tear Bear!

I'm done with the Bug bears for now. I had an absolute blast making them. Today I made a very cute toddler bear. She is white with lots of pink accents. I love the way the binky turned out and her little diaper is adorable. I just had to share her with you all. Maybe I should do a line of toddler bears? Or maybe not! I know I would like to make a little boy toddler bear and list him also. Maybe I will work on that after my custom order is done tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by and looking around. I hope you made yourself at home. I always like visitors so come and stop back in. ~ Bye~

Bug Bear #5

Bug Bear #5
If you love dragonflys and the beautiful colors they are, you are going to love this bug bear! The blues are just so pretty together and how she sparkles! I really enjoyed making this little beauty. I have one more bear that I will be adding today to my bug collection and then I will be starting something else. It sure is fun to come up with new designs for my bears. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do creating them. Thanks for dropping by today. Hope you had a nice visit.

Bug Bear #4

I have to say that I enjoy making these little bug tear bears. There is just something about the thought of creating something cute in the image of a bug. This particular bear is a butterfly bear. I've used prima flowers on this one, first time I've tried something like this. Hope you enjoy my bears as much as I do creating them! Thanks for looking
